FAQ's
What is the return policy?
Will Scott Art does not accept returns or give refunds. A custom commission may be refused while the creation of the art is in process, however the collector will not receive a refund of their deposit.
All originals, prints, and merch is considered a final sale.
This policy is in place to protect both Will Scott as the artist and you as the collector.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes all purchases are considered a final sale unless stated otherwise.
When will I get my order?
The process of creating the artwork varies. Anything custom is on a first come first serve basis.
Once the artwork is done you will be notified accordingly.
How does payment work?
Will Scott will review your order and will email you with an invoice for half the full price as a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable even if you change your mind during the process of the Deer Portrait being painted. In this occurrence, you would no longer be required to pay the remaining cost.
